A psychosomatic exegesis of the Mass of the Phoenix, a single-person Thelemic eucharistic ritual written by Aleister Crowley, first published as Chapter 44 of his 1913 work The Book of Lies. Technically designated as Liber XLIV, it is an official ritual of the A.'.A.' and instructs the magician to perform a daily sunset ceremony dedicated to Horus, the sacred number of which is 44.
