The Sepher Yetzirah, also known as the Book of Creation or Book of Formation, is the earliest extant book of Jewish mysticism and a foundational text of Kabbalah. It describes how God created the universe through 32 paths of wisdom, which consist of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet and the 10 sephiroth (divine emanations or numbers).

This copy is from the collection of Thelemic author Robert C. Stein (1931 – 2024), who wrote "The Mystery of the Letters and The Tree of Life" and other works. Stein was a Professor Emeritus of Biology in the New York State University System, whose involvement in the study and practice of Thelema spanned three decades and travels in five continents.
