This is Anger’s notorious work on the sordid scandals of Hollywood from the early 1900s through the 1950s. The first issue (in French) was published six years before the first American edition which came out in 1965 in a mass market paperback and was banned within ten days. Due to a series of copyright conflicts, it was not republished until 1975.
